Nancy began her real estate career in Hawaii in 1978 and has been successfully accepting the challenges of helping people buy and sell homes ever since! As a life-long resident of Hawaii and a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Nancy's commitment to the islands is just one of the many reasons for her success in real estate. Nancy is an active member of the Honolulu Multiple Listing Service, the National Association of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors and the Honolulu Board of Realtors plus she has received the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation. Less than 5% of the 2 million real estate licensees nationwide have this qualification. Nancy's strong work ethics and commitment to superior service have been recognized with many honors throughout her real estate career. She has been highly honored as Salesperson of the Year at Prudential Locations in the past and also earned many other significant awards for sales production. Having spent many years with Prudential Locations, a national franchise real estate corporation, Nancy chose to expand her horizons in January of 2001 by moving to a smaller, independent real estate firm, Carvill & Company.
