CONNIE CARVILL

A native of Seattle, Washington, Connie is a former reading specialist. She graduated from Seattle University magna cum laude and attended graduate school at the University of Washington, U.C.L.A. and Seattle Pacific University. Connie has lived all over the country and in Germany while her husband Richard was on active duty in the Army as an Army/ Aviation officer. They have two married children and five beautiful grand children ages four to seventeen. Their son, Scott, and his wife, Julie, are agents with Carvill & Company. Connie enjoys bridge, tennis, traveling, many outdoor sports (was a Honolulu Marathon finisher) and community work. Connie credits her success to organization and clearly defined goals and objectives. This enables her clients to make educated decisions when buying and selling real estate. Connie has also had special training in the fields of finance and investments and holds the Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute designations.

Connie has been an active broker in the Hawaiian market since 1983 and in that time has sold over four hundred forty five million dollars of residential real estate "island" wide. She worked for a national ERA franchise for nine years and out of thirty five thousand Realtors nationwide, she consistently ranked in the top ten agents and received numerous awards.

Prism Properties was founded in 1992 by Connie and two other top Hawaii Realtors. The company was highly successful because of the excellent support staff.

Carvill and Company was begun in 1995 with the same support staff and location. The Property Management Division was expanded under Rich Carvill, Connie's husband, who brought over six years of experience to the firm. Connie has consistently been in the top one percent of agents island-wide. In 2001 she was the Aloha Aina Realtors Choice Award Winner. She was the 2012 Aloha Aina Realtor Awards Program Winner. She was chosen by her peers based on service to the industry and her clients, professional ethical conduct, cooperative business approaches and extraordinary service to all parties in the transaction. The company has ranked among the top ten on Oahu in closed sales for the last 16 years. Connie has been listed in the Top 35 "Women Who Mean Business" in Hawaii for top sales production in the state since 2000.
