Carvill & Company was founded in January 1995, by Connie and Rich Carvill to provide professional excellence for all types of real estate transactions. In 1996 they decided to expand the office with select top producing agents whose professionalism would be an asset to the company. The Principal Broker, Connie Carvill, has had over thirty years of experience and has closed over four hundred forty five million dollars in Hawaii real estate. All of the full time Realtors have a minimum of ten years experience representing clients island wide, to include corporate relocations, first time buyers, investors and property sales in all price ranges. The company has ranked among the top ten on Oahu in closed sales for the last 16 years. For the years 2007 through 2012 Carvill & Company closed over four hundred thirty four million dollars making it one of the highest-ranking firms for individual agent production. The support staff includes highly skilled licensed Realtor Associates who have the technical expertise to assist the Realtors in all aspects of the real estate transaction.
